HyLiST progress disseminated at the ABAA conference!

Sam Hasanpoor, HyLiST coordinator, went to Padova to show some of the project]s preliminary results.

Hasanpoor attended the 16th edition of the International Conference on Advanced Lithium Batteries for Automotive Applications (ABAA) in Padova, from the 3rd to the 5th of November 2025. At the occasion, he showed how HyLiST is advancing dry-processed solid polymer electrolytes for lithium/metal batteries.

Since 2008, the ABAA conferences have served as a global hub for accelerating the development of next-generation vehicle batteries. The mission focuses on driving international R&D progress, streamlining communication between experts, and fostering deep collaboration across the energy and automotive sectors.

The event attracts a high-level audience, including government policy makers from major global markets like the USA, China, Europe, Japan, and Korea. These officials join forces with leading car manufacturers, battery industry giants, and prominent scientists from top-tier universities and national laboratories to shape the future of sustainable mobility.
